Most food we buy from the supermarket are not 100% natural.
Natural foods that have not gone through a manufacturing process are the healthiest foods you can eat. They give our bodies all the nutrients it needs for everyday functions. There are no bad natural foods.
Eating natural foods are essential to living a long and healthy life. The secret is to vary our diet and try new healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Your body will benefit in so many ways and you will feel fantastic!

What protein should you choose?
This is one of the most important on the list of healthy food.
Healthy low fat proteins include white meat, lean red meats, fish and seafood.
Choose REAL Meat and Fish not processed.
Aim for the leanest cuts of meat.
Any fish you like, including some oily fish a few time a week.
Not, what I call, plastic food like deli meats, frozen ready meals tinned meats and fast food.
Processed foods are not at all good for your healthy. Many of the artificial ingredients are linked to illness and diseases, including cancer and heart disease.
Turkey – the breast has the lowest fat
Chicken – breast is best, no crispy skin… sorry!!!
Beef – organic is best but expensive, limit to 1 or 2 times a week. Non organic is loaded with growth hormones which have been linked to some cancers.
Lamb - is a fatty meat, I love it, but its best to only eat occasionally
Fish – any sort, including shellfish. Just limit your intake to 2-3 time a week. Salmon is a very healthy fish because of its high omega. Fresh water salmon is better than farmed.
Eggs are a great protein to add to your list of healthy food. They are a great alternative to meat for any time of day. The yoke contains the high protein. Limit to 4-6 eggs per week. here is a really tasty Mediterranean eggs recipe
Brown Rice - gives you more energy than white rice. It produces a calming effect, improves your mood and is sad to help stop diarrhoea.
It does take longer to cook than white rice but it is worth the effort. I tend to cook double the amount of servings and freeze half for another day.
Wholewheat Brown Pasta - another high energy source, good for building strong bones and very filling too. To be honest, it tastes the same as white pasta.
Your family won't even notice the difference!
Bread, choose wholegrain or whole wheat varieties. They really do fill you up for a long time.
